Bamboo Textile started back in 2004 as a very small company that saw a need and a niche market for eco green apparels made from Bamboo Fiber. In 2004, we did not know that the world would be turning totally green and eco now in 2010. Over the years we have not stopped developing some of the latest fabrics and blends that many brands/companies have not even heard of or felt. Some of the very latest blends and fabrics we where 1st to develop are Bamboo w/Organic Cotton, Bamboo and Organic Cotton w/spandex for stretch, Bamboo w/ Hemp which has never been done until we did it. Bamboo w/ Sorona (corn from Dupont) which we were also the very 1st to do and surprised everyone around the world, including Dupont. We offer 20 fabrics that many top companies buy from us on a daily basis, Jersey, Fleeces, Velours, Thermals, French Terrys, Piques and even bamboo fiber Denim. We can honestly say that our company has done or has least been a part of about 70% of what you see in Bamboo Fiber or eco market place today.
Today we are company that has over 1000 productions and staff over 70 that includes many workers that are the best in their field. It did not start out like this but it has grown and keeps growing each year. We worked very hard to develop great customer service for many of our clients and fashion designers. In 2008 we bought a small factory where we run full package private label brands. We have on staff designers that can help with line art and graphics. Our staff can help you with the very basic paper label, satin label, woven label or crazy 5 color silkscreen branded label. We have a full blown shipping and packaging department which is very important because every stage of production is very important from the very start all the way down to the to even to the thickness of the shipping boxes, all parts of productions are important and not one is more then the other. With new laws in effect in the USA with the 10+2 forms in clearing customs, we have made the whole process for you as easy as we can.
Because of our business in China over the last 5 years and living in China 8 months out of ever year we have good relationships with the Chinese Government, Chinese mills and factorys, we can help you save a lot of time and money when it comes to the textile business in China. One of the most important things when it comes to doing business in China is to have a good support system and staff in place and we have this. You have to have a team you can trust and a team that is on the ground 24 hours a day in China, this we have. Many customers come to us from all over the world with inquiries looking for products, or need sensitive pricing on items, so we have 3 fulltime staff that only does sourcing to help with the best prices on a certain products.
